Overview
There are two ways to access the CHEQ platform:
- Using SSO - CHEQ supports self-service single sign-on (SSO) integration. SSO gives customers access to the CHEQ platform using an identity provider (IdP). We support SAML and OpenID as the authentication protocols for using IdP. See Accessing the Platform Using SSO for more information.
- Using email address - After you receive the CHEQ activation link to your email address, you can create a new user to log in with to the CHEQ platform. Clicking on the link redirects you to creating a new user.
Logging In
You can access the platform by either using a sign-in configuration or by using your SSO. To log in to the CHEQ platform, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the CHEQ platform.
- Once redirected to the platform login page, log in to your platform user person_outline account.
- After a successful login, you will be redirected to the homepage (in case your license is of multiple solutions) or to the dashboard dashboard.
Forgotten a Password
- Click Forgot your password on the platform login page.
- If you attempted to sign in but forgot your password, the username or email address is entered for you. Otherwise, you must type your username or email address.
- Click Continue. A message from no-reply@cheq.ai is sent to the email address associated with your CHEQ platform account.
- When you receive the message, click the confirm the password change here link to change the password.
- Enter a new password, and re-enter the new password.
- Click Reset Password.
If the email link expires before you change your password, you are prompted to have the email resent. When you receive the new link, continue to reset your password.
