Logging in to the Help Center

First Time Accessing - Email Login

We are working on adjusting our SSO workflow, so SSO using your CHEQ platform account is disabled. For now you can login with your email. If you have never used the help center before simply activate your account and logging in using your company domain email.

  1. Navigate to the Sign in link located on the right-hand side of the top navigation menu in the help center.
  2. Sign in using your email and password if you have already activated your account.
  3. If you are new to the help center, click New to CHEQ Support? Sign up.
  4. Follow the steps to activate your account.
    1. When you activate your account with your company domain email, you will automatically be added to your companies organization with the correct permission required to see the help center.

Reset Help Center Password

Email Login

You can reset your password from the help center.

  1. Navigate to the Sign in link located on the right-hand side of the top navigation menu in the help center.
  2. On the bottom left-hand side, click Forgot password? under the password input box and follow the steps to get a reset password email and reset your help center password.
