The CHEQ Onboarding Package is a comprehensive set of professional services layered on top of the standard support offering to ensure you’re getting the most value and ROI from day one. You’ll receive dedicated support hours from a technical consultant, guided deployment and training sessions, and proactive policy-management reviews tailored to your configuration. You’ll also have direct access to CHEQ experts via your preferred communication channel (e.g., Slack or Teams) for product questions, troubleshooting, and success-plan check-ins.

Assistance in implementing non-standard third-party platforms that have exclusion capabilities for CHEQ’s Invalid Audience
Assistance with server-side audience population on request
Assistance with event-ingestion into the CHEQ platform
Initial scoping and configuration of custom-blocking model
ANALYTICS
Configuration for standard connectors
Scoping and support in selecting and implementing a unique visitor ID to join CHEQ detection data (S3 implementation)
Support in configuring connectors and CHEQ detection labels to customer data systems
Enablement of CHEQ detection labels and best practices to begin utilizing CHEQ Analytics
CHEQ dashboard templates to guide the creation of Invalid traffic dashboard
DEFEND
API configuration, best practices, and recommendations
Initial blocking & mitigation plan
FORM GUARD
API configuration, best practices, and recommendations
Configuration for standard connectors self-hosted forms
Implementation of custom connectors & self-hosted forms outside of standard implementations
