The CHEQ Onboarding Package is a comprehensive set of professional services layered on top of the standard support offering to ensure you’re getting the most value and ROI from day one. You’ll receive dedicated support hours from a technical consultant, guided deployment and training sessions, and proactive policy-management reviews tailored to your configuration. You’ll also have direct access to CHEQ experts via your preferred communication channel (e.g., Slack or Teams) for product questions, troubleshooting, and success-plan check-ins.
